I love free spirited people

Not tied to the ground 

with worry

fear 

and being preoccupied

I stuttered for a moment

I waited out the storm

and watched the clouds fade

from the sky

I was good in every way

always

doing the right thing

making the right steps

and providing for others

nonstop

So now 

spread those wings

let go of the ties that hold you back

let go of fear 

longing

and achievements that have no meaning

But most of all 

keep your heart safe

and be true to it

You have one life

and to waste it is the worst thing 

you can do
